Unsupported features and known bugs

The current release does not support a number of features specified in the IETF Draft:

• PBUs and PBAs sequence numbers are not properly compared, hence the message ordering might be wrong.
• The IP flows timers at MARs are not implemented: a MAR anchoring inactive flows is not de-registered.
• The configuration file still parses a number of obsolete options
